SalonMeds uses telehealth technology to provide a discreet, convenient, and affordable way for you to receive ptosis treatment from a U.S. Licensed physician, all without leaving the couch. Sign up and complete our questionnaire, submit your photo, ID, and a physician will determine if you’re a candidate for treatment. Some states may require a video telehealth visit.

We are able to provide service in every state plus Washington, D.C., with the exception of South Carolina and Alaska.

Yes. Telehealth is safe and effective—as long as patients answer questions truthfully, accurately, and completely. A physician will provide a personalized treatment plan for you to follow.

After your online visit a doctor will complete their initial review of your medical history and you will receive a message within 48 hours.

Your doctor will need to confirm your identity before treating you via telemedicine. In order to confirm your identity, we need two photos:

1. A photo of your government-issued ID

Must include:

– First & Last name

– Photo

– DOB

– ID expiration date (cannot be expired)

2. A clear photo of your face

Cannot include:

– Sunglasses, hats, or other facial obstructions

– Family photos

– Filters

– Pictures of a picture

We’ll use these photos only to confirm that the pictures match each other.

No! A physician on the SalonMeds platform will write you a prescription if they deem it safe and appropriate after your online visit.

Medications will packaged discreetly.

Once approved and your payment is accepted your prescription will ship from Pennsylvania USPS Priority Mail the same day as long as it is prior to 3:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday, orders received after this time will be shipped the next business day. Orders will ship in a discrete package listing InnovaScript as the sender. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email link to track your shipment.

Unfortunately by law we are unable to accept any prescriptions back for return for reuse, so all sales are final. Our top priorities are the security and privacy of your information along with the well being of our customers. The SalonMeds platform complies with all relevant privacy laws as well as strict security protocols to protect your information at all costs.

To initiate your online visit, you provide us with basic information and complete our questionnaire for review by a physician licensed in your state. If additional information is needed a physician will reach out to you. You may follow up with your physician via chat located within the patient portal.

Online doctor visit only cost $20 (less than most insurance co-pays), plus the cost of your medication (if prescribed). You can pay through our secure platform using a credit or debit card.

Medication cost depends on the type and quantity of medication you request.

Our services are not covered by insurance; however. our telehealth visits and prescriptions are typically lower than most insurance copays.
